Applications of Marex Composites in Wind Turbine Manufacturing

Blades

Custom core material kits using either balsa or foam, tailored to customer requirements. Balsa, known for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and compressive strength, is often preferred for blades over 60 meters.

Nacelle Cover

Advanced core materials (PVC, Cobalsa), fiberglass (warp-knitted fabric), vacuum bagging materials, mould materials, gel-coat spray equipment, and mold release agents for robust, lightweight, and weather-resistant nacelle covers.
